Code of Conduct

 

A. Members will be honest in all interactions with each other as well as current and prospective customers or clients, continually working to establish goodwill and trust.

B. Members will provide goods and/or services at the price and quality represented and make full disclosure of information when, to do otherwise, would be harmful to the consumer.

C. Members will pursue all exchanges received in a timely and professional manner and provide exchanges to other members in the same manner.

D. At all times, members will be courteous and respectful of all other members. They will conduct themselves in a professional manner.

E. Members will meet the attendance guidelines.
